A company’s brand is defined by its interactions with customers and employees. My role is to help companies understand what customers need and value, and work to create integrated platforms for communication and exchange through multiple touchpoints. Ultimately, I do my best to craft experiences that are meaningful and delightful.
I’ve spent most of the past 20 years as a consultant, working in a wide range of industries…improving peoples’ experiences visiting outpatient medical clinics, using smart home interfaces, and accessing financial services. I’ve worked with clients such as Audi, Vanguard, AMP, BBVA, Sprint, Staples, Legrand, Quest Diagnostics, Philips, and UnitedHealth Group.
I grew up in Bangkok have studied and lived in the United States and have worked in both places. I continue to keep an eye on design across industries, cultures and time zones.
