User Interface Design
Visual clarity and aesthetics are elements that no product should be without. It is often the most immediate way to create an emotional connection. Moreover, good design is structured, logical, and functional. My role as a designer is to work through complex issues and bring ideas to life by looking at all of the details.
Brand + Service Design
Every point of contact and communication between a company and its customers presents an opportunity. A brand promise is tested constantly and will hold up only if the attributes are truly a part of the company culture. Working with a multi-disciplinary team has allowed me to develop systems thinking, considering physical, digital, and human interactions to deliver engaging experiences and services across channels.
